SSDO has conducted a two-day training session under its project of citizen journalism on climate change adaptation and mitigation in Pakistan funded by the Commonwealth Foundation on 10, and 11 January 2023 at The Women University, Multan. The training introduced the trainees to the different climate change concepts, scenarios, environment-related policies, laws, and consequences of climate change that are relevant to Pakistan. It focused on creating a link between climate change and citizen journalism and how students can use various tools and techniques of journalism to report, advocate and highlight the issue of climate change in Pakistan.
